Experience Economy Entrepreneurship Major, Bachelor of Science (BS)

Note: this program is currently not accepting new students.

In this major students complete the accredited core in Recreation and Leisure Services. They also complete three required courses from the Entrepreneurship program (ENTP 389, ENTP 411, and ENTP 412). In addition to the required Entrepreneurship courses listed, students are directed to take two additional Entrepreneurship electives from an approved list (see curriculum guide) for an additional 8 credits or 20 total credits from the Entrepreneurship program.

Students must also complete a professional internship, per the accrediting body for RCLS - COAPRT (12 credits). In total, students will complete 82 credits across the RCLS and Entrepreneurship Programs (RCLS = 62 / Entrepreneurship = 20).

Students have the option to take additional elective credits from Entrepreneurship (above and beyond the three required courses and two elective courses) or they can complete a WAMS minor or certificate to bring their total up to 90 credits.
