STED 201. INTRODUCTION TO STEM EDUCATION. 3 Credits.

Designed to introduce students interested in education, science, mathematics, or related fields to core concepts in STEM Education and support students in deciding if they would like to continue exploring teaching as a career. Includes in-class activities, lectures, readings, and discussions on education, observations of highly effective STEM teaching, and field experiences working with K-12 students in STEM education.
