Construction Management Minor
The Construction Minor provides students with a practical foundation in construction materials, estimating, and methods. Required courses cover basic construction techniques, non-metallic materials, and cost estimation. Students also choose two electives from soil and surveying, building codes, project management, or environmental engineering. This minor is ideal for students in fields seeking applied knowledge to support careers in the built environment.
Grade Requirements: Students getting a minor in the department must earn an average GPA ≥2.5 in all courses required for this minor (all courses in the list below).
