The Certificate in Photographic Media provides undergraduate students a rigorous academic and hands-on program of study. This program offers students the opportunity to develop both technical and conceptual skills in one of the dominant media of our time.

With courses selected from the Art and Design departments, this multidisciplinary curriculum helps students build important creative and professional skills, including but not limited to: camera operation, digital editing workflow, studio/on-location lighting, project development, portfolio preparation, image presentation/exhibition, and photographic theory. This certificate will prepare students to immediately utilize these skills in a wide variety of personal and professional applications.
