Music Education, Master of Music Education (MM)

EWU’s fully online MM in Music Education offers flexibility in obtaining the Master's degree in twelve months (or over a two-year period as needed).  Through active engagement with a cohort of experts in the field, students explore a rigorous, scholarly program that inspires passion for teaching and values diversity, inclusion, and social justice. Students work closely with internationally recognized faculty in this research-oriented program for K-12 music educators where they will expand their training, knowledge, and skills to improve their professional practice. Completion of this program may provide improved opportunities for promotion and advancement in K-12 Music education, or the requisite degree for entering doctoral studies. This program does not provide music education certification.
