Management, Master of Science (MS)

This program is designed for students looking to start or enhance a career in management. The MSM curriculum navigates the shift from operational execution to visionary leadership. Students will move beyond theory to master the practical application of business fundamentals, including data-driven decision-making, organizational behavior, and human capital development.

Unlike the traditional MBA which often requires extensive professional experience, this program focuses on foundational agility—equipping you with the versatility to lead teams across diverse industries, from tech startups to established NGOs. We emphasize the "soft skills" that are often the hardest to master: motivating diverse teams, navigating workplace culture, and resolving the interpersonal challenges inherent in modern business.

Note: This program is ideal for "career changers" who hold undergraduate degrees and wish to add a robust layer of business acumen to their existing skill set.

Core Learning Pillars

  • Strategic Leadership: Develop a personal leadership style rooted in ethics, emotional intelligence, and effective communication.

  • Conflict Transformation: Gain practical tools for mediation, negotiation, and resolving workplace disputes to maintain a productive team environment.

  • Talent Management: Learn how to recruit, develop, and retain high-performing employees in a competitive regional job market.

  • Managerial Analytics: Utilize data to identify performance trends and optimize internal team structures.

The Master of Science in Management program serves its students and fulfills the university’s mission by:
  • educating students to enhance their opportunities for career change, promotion to higher levels of management, and positions of leadership;
  • engaging students in a quality program of learning that is affordable and convenient for students from the local region;
