Educational Leadership, Master of Education (M.ED)
The Master of Education in Educational Leadership program is ideal for teachers or candidates who work in education outside of a traditional P–12 school setting. Grounded in best practices and current research in educational leadership and management, this program prepares candidates to lead in diverse settings.

Admissions Requirements
- Have earned a baccalaureate degree (either a BA or BS) from an accredited institution of higher education.
- Have earned a grade point average of ≥3.0 on a 4-point scale during the final 90 quarter credits (or 60 semester credits) of enrolled coursework.

Students who earn an M.Ed. in Educational Leadership from EWU should be able to:
- Lead collaboratively to design and implement a mission, vision, and continuous improvement process - Graduates will apply leadership theories to collaboratively establish and implement a school or program mission and continuous improvement system grounded in shared values, data use, technology, equity, and community priorities;
- Demonstrate ethical, professional, and legally responsible leadership - Graduates will advocate for ethical decision‑making and model professional norms while understanding legal, policy, and regulatory frameworks that impact educational leadership practice;
